Welcome to LinkBinary. These Sales Terms and Conditions ("Terms") apply to all transactions between you (the "Client") and LinkBinary ("we", "us", or "our"). By using our services, you agree to be bound by these Terms.
Payment is due within 15 days from the invoice date. Late payments will incur a fee of 2% per month. We accept payments via cash, bank transfer, online methods, or as otherwise agreed.
The services provided by LinkBinary are specified in the project agreement or contract. Any modifications or additional services requested by the Client may result in additional charges.
We will maintain the confidentiality of all proprietary information provided by the Client during the course of our services. This obligation continues beyond the termination of our engagement.
Our liability for any claim arising out of or in connection with the services provided shall not exceed the amount paid by the Client for those services. We are not liable for any indirect or consequential losses.
All intellectual property rights in the deliverables remain with LinkBinary until full payment is received. Upon payment, the Client is granted a non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the deliverables for the intended purpose.
Either party may terminate the agreement with written notice. The Client will be responsible for payment of all services rendered up to the termination date.
These Terms are governed by the laws of Nepal, and any disputes will be resolved in the courts of Kathmandu.
